Terms
These terms cover kit hire and device sales from ONDRAFT LTD, company 17265335, Premier House, Bradford Road, Cleckheaton BD19 3TT. A booking is a request. We confirm availability after we see the dates and kit size.
Deposits hold hardware for the event window. Hired kit remains our property. You return it in working order after the event using the prepaid label. Lost or damaged badges are charged at replacement cost.
Returns
Hire is not a change-of-mind purchase: the hardware comes back after the event on the label we send. If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel unused devices within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See UK consumer protection. Return the unused hardware by post; you pay return postage unless the device is faulty, in which case we cover return postage and replace it.
Names and artwork you submit must be yours to use. We will not program defamatory or unlawful copy.
